Write to the bench in South Jordan
The studio answers notes in the order they arrive, usually within two working days. Tell us the room, the opening size and the service you have in mind, and we will reply with questions or a visit time. If you already have a drawing or a photograph, send it along with the note.
Commissions, workshop bookings and repair questions all reach the same bench, so a single clear message is better than several short ones. Mention whether the piece is for a home or a trade site, and note any deadline that cannot move. For repairs, a close photograph of the pattern and the damaged run saves a round of questions.

Three questions the studio hears most
Most commissions run four to eight weeks from the day the drawing is approved. Small panels and plant hangers move faster, while wide runners and trade installs sit at the longer end because of drying, steaming and the anchoring visit.
Please book ahead. The sample wall is always up and the cord shelf is open to touch, but the bench has only two pairs of hands and an unannounced visitor can break a counted row. A short note or a phone call is enough to set a time.
Yes. Send a photograph of the damaged section and a note on what you know about the original cord. We will say plainly whether the piece can be re-knotted to match, or whether a deliberate contrast band is the honest choice.
